Our Products

SikaFiber®
There are multiple reasons for adding fibers in concrete. One of the main benefits of fibers are the homogenous distribution in the concrete. Other benefits include:
-
Better cohesion of the fresh concrete
-
Control and reduce crack sizes due to early-age shrinkage
-
Improve flexural and shear strength
-
Improve load capacity and ductility
-
Increase toughness and abrasion resistance
-
Increase resistance to explosive spalling
-
Replace or partially replace traditional reinforcing steel
-
Save time in the construction process and reduce costs

Wire Mesh
Wire mesh is commonly placed in concrete slabs for two primary reasons:
-to resist breaking apart and deteriorating when the slab eventually does crack
-to increase flexural strength of the slab .

Rebar
Rebar, or reinforcing bar, is a common feature of many concrete applications. Its primary purpose is to increase the tensile strength of the concrete, helping it resist cracking and breaking. With greater tensile strength, concrete is better able to resist breaking under tension.

Expansion Joint
FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is composed of cellular fibers securely bonded together and uniformly saturated with asphalt to assure longevity. Wherever a cost-effective joint filler is required, FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT meets the need. FIBRE EXPANSION JOINT is versatile, resilient, flexible, and non-extruding. When compressed to half of its original thickness, it will recover to a minimum of 70% of its original thickness.

Concrete Blankets
Full ASTM C-171 Compliance
Achieving optimal concrete strength during the curing process starts with protecting the concrete surface. Curing Blankets minimize moisture loss and temperature rise, leading to superior strength, durability, and abrasion resistance. This high-quality concrete blanket is engineered to support proper curing across a wide range of weather conditions, helping your construction projects stay on track.

Marshalltown Construction Screed Support
Spin Screed Support System Chairs are designed to work with a Screed Rail to section off large pours so you can easily screed form-to-rail or rail-to-rail for flatter finished surfaces.
Reduce your required fill by 85% compared to other, pipe-style screed rail systems. Simply push, pull, and shake a Bull Float over the surface to create a strong, aggregate interlock.

MAKO® Concrete Screed Support
ACHEIVE OPTIMUM ELEVATION CONTROL with MAKO concrete FinCaps. The FinCap screed chairs help you achieve flatter slabs faster.

DAY1® Finishing Aid
Spray-applied colloidal silica finishing aid for concrete
Eliminates the need to add water to the surface, extending workability on hot, windy, or dry pours.
Brickform DAY1 is a colloidal silica-based finishing aid that makes concrete flatwork finishing easier and faster. It produces a better result and reduces the risk of a prematurely setting slab. Applied during floating and troweling, DAY1 finishing aid increases cream and extends workability under adverse conditions such as high wind, heat, or low humidity. It eliminates the need to add water to the surface which can lead to premature surface failure. DAY1 does not alter the water-to-cement ratio and becomes a permanent part of the slab so there is no membrane or residue to remove.

Eucobar
EUCOBAR is designed to be used as an evaporation retardant and finishing aid on concrete surfaces of all types. When sprayed over fresh concrete, EUCOBAR forms a monomolecular film that prevents rapid moisture loss from the concrete surface. It is easy to use requiring only the addition of water before spray application. EUCOBAR is especially effective when concreting operations must be performed in direct sun, wind, high temperatures, or low relative humidity.

Vexcon Certi Curing & Sealing Compound
CERTI-VEX AC1315 is 25% solids, solvent-based, acrylic cure and protect. The product is designed to cure freshly placed concrete to achieve full design strength and durability. It also protects and enhances the appearance of both new and existing exterior concrete, including stamped, decorative, exposed aggregate concrete and architectural horizontal and vertical sections where a clear, high gloss and non-yellowing shine is required.

DECRA-SEAL
DECRA-SEAL OTC is specifically formulated for extended working time and provides a premium-grade curing and sealing compound for optimum moisture retention. The high solids, non-yellowing, acrylic film truly enhances both plain gray and decorative concrete. Applying DECRA-SEAL OTC to concrete surfaces also improves resistance to water, alkalis, mild acids, and petroleum spirits. This product has been formulated to cure, seal, and protect concrete by producing a hard (yet flexible), clear film.
